iMore App Reviews

App has not worked for over 7 days. As other reviewers have noted, there is an error message about not being able to load news. Not sure why its taking so long to fix. It always intrigues why tech-focused media companies allow such buggy apps to tarnish their brand. Dont they realize that their tech-savvy credibility is on the line?

The app seems to have stopped working. I even deleted and re-installed. Wont even load articles anymore. Please fix!!

Unfortunately, the iMore app will not open. "Error loading news: no response descriptors match the response loaded.. Please try again."

App does not work.....Their website and app are horrendous. Ad infested, overlap views, must of the times comments dont properly appear on forums.

Error message every time I open the app...

About a week ago the app just stopped working. Sad because iMore is a good source for Apple news (even if Rene is a tad biased). App was due for an upgrade anyways. Its a little hypocritical that a app that reviews other iOS/macOS apps and writes about the latest Apple tech hasnt been updated in over a year.

Ok, I think its time you updated your app. It hasnt been updated since 2015... It no worky since the update to iOS 10.1.1. Plz fix, I use this app daily. For a site that is so focused on all things Apple, you would think the app would be more fully featured with newer phone tech, such as Touch ID, 3D Touch, etc. Giving a 4/5 rating for the time being because it has served me well...until now. If not fixed soon, Ill drop it. ***UPDATE*** Looks like it got fixed today without an app update. Must have been a backend server issue or something. I did uninstall and reinstall the app earlier, but it still didnt work at the time. Who knows. As promised, bumping back up to 5 stars. Now, please update the app with new features!

The app no longer works on the iPhone. Not sure if an Apple update killed it. It was great when it worked. The great thing is iMore.com works great in Safari. Hope they get a fix. Update 11/10/16, app is working again. News stories load fine, and comments also load. Thanks for the fix.

This is a great app to keep up to date on Apple products. It does tend to try sell you its own products, but you can ignore those articles. Also, their server has been very slow at times to respond.

Terrible. Ironic that the premier apple review app hasnt been updated since 2015.

But now its completely broken I used to tell everyone to download iMore now I recommend AAA

The app Doesnt even open. Whats going on guys!?

This app does not work. Like another reviewer I am getting an error and no news is loading. I have tried to contact iMore via email and have not received a reply. Hey iMore!!! Its broke. Fix it, but at least acknowledge there is a problem. I can read the website from my iPad and Mac.

This app has not worked reliably since it was originally released. Issues continue with the current version. Blank white screen upon loading that eventually crashes back to the home screen. Reopening the app repeats this behavior. Closing from app switcher doesnt seem to help. Eventually after many tries (10?) the app will load. Which leads to the next issue: app loads to cached news stories and then appears to freeze. No responses from taps, no signs to wait for the app to load. After awhile the news feed will load with different articles than you initially saw. Any road you made while waiting may be acknowledged and you will be taken to a random article. Maybe a freshly loaded story in the location you tapped. Once you get the app to open and the news feed loaded, functionality is great and would be a 4 or 5 star app. As it is, the app is too frustrating to use and I end up using the Apple News site to browse or, more commonly, skipping iMore entirely in my round of iOS news sites browsing.

I have not faced any issues the others have said they are facing.I am using this app on iOS 7 & 8 iPhone 4 & 5 respectively.I hope the iMore Nation keeps on growing more and more.Thanks guys.

If you like apple related news, this is a good place

The app is very good, just that it would be more interesting if the app do the translation into Portuguese. My English is not very fluent, so I dificudade to understand some things. I hope you take this into consideration.
